Application Spotlight: Water Intrusion Inspections

QUICKLY FIND AUTOMOTIVE WATER LEAKS WITH THERMAL CAMERAS AND MOISTURE METERS

Manufacturers work hard to make sure automobiles can withstand any weather condition, but water can penetrate even the smallest gap or seam in automotive weather seals. Thermal imaging uses the physics of evaporative cooling to detect water leaks inside automobile cabins and other areas protected by weather seals. Once a leak is found, a moisture meter or psychrometer can be used to measure the moisture level.
