Errors when Starting IntelliRock Software
When you start the intelliRock Software you get 9 error Pop-up messages indicating your Access to open Sample job files is denied.
Reader Not Found
When I plug my reader into my PC, the intelliRock software does not see the Reader.
When the intelliRock 1.6.0097 Software is loaded onto your PC, the USB drivers for both the Reader and the Wireless base station are not installed.
Wireless Base Station Not Found
When I plug my Wireless Base Station into my PC, and Run the intelliRock software and start the Wireless Control panel, the Wireless base station does is not seen.

Wireless Remotes Are Not Retained
After you take time to add your remote Wireless boxes and loggers, when you shut down the Wireless Control panel or restart the intelliRock software, all of the wireless remotes no longer appear in the Wireless control panel and you have to re-acquire them all over again.
