intelliRock II is the second generation intelliRock system designed to give construction professionals the real-time information needed to safely and efficiently manage concrete-related workflow.
Two families of loggers are currently available for the system:
The system consists of a range of sensors/loggers which measure and record physical properties of in-place concrete, a reader which is used to communicate with loggers and shuttle information back to a PC, and comprehensive software solutions to effectively analyze job-site information and communicate that information effectively. This innovative design allows a single reader to be used simultaneously with an unlimited number of loggers and with any type of logger in the intelliRock II family.
The intelliRock II Reader Kit is the hub of the intelliRock system. The Reader provides connectivity to loggers in the field so critical decisions can be made at the touch of a button. The user can easily activate loggers to start tracking key data points during concrete curing. The Reader allows the input of important notes, jobsite and location information specific to that logger and it allows the viewing of temperature and strength data already stored. Temperature and strength data can be viewed in both numerical and graphical formats. The user can download all critical data captured by the logger and transport it back to the PC for further analysis and distribution via the intelliRock software.
Each kit comes with a protective case for storage and transportation of the Reader as well as a thumb drive containing the intelliRock software and other useful documents. A charger, and cabling required for all connections is also included.
Mass Pour Spreadsheet (64 bit)
Use this spreadsheet for mass pour or other applications concerned about temperature differentials. This spreadsheet can also be used to plot multiple logger temperature curves on top of each other.
Concrete Maturity Calibration (64 bit)
Use this spreadsheet to enter your break specimen strengths and associated maturity data to build your mix calibration strength .vs. maturity curve. Comes with a maturity calculator page to enter your design strengths and calculate the equivalent maturity. Also contains a report page for building a strength .vs. time curve for a logger in the field that uses the same mix design.
Mix Calibration Data
Enter mix calibration strength and maturity data
Maturity Calibration Batch Data
Logger Report
Maturity logger reports automatically create strength vs time curve and calculates design strength goals as well as age strength goals
Maturity Logger Report
Strength Calculator
Use the strength calculator to calculate maturity for a specified strength or visa versa
Maturity Strength Calculator
IntelliRock II loggers are temperature measurement and recording devices designed specifically for embedding in concrete placements and test specimens. The loggers measure and record temperature data at predetermined intervals and durations based on logger model. Maturity loggers also process the time-temperature information in order to calculate and store concrete maturity.
Logged Data:
Logging interval and duration: Model Specific (see below):
Logger model number format: TTT-02-#(M,H,D)#D-#FT
TTT: Type of logger
#(M,H,D): Logging interval in Minutes, Hours, or Days
#D: Logging duration in Days
#FT: Logger cable length in feet
The intelliRock II reader is designed specifically for communicating with intelliRock II loggers and transporting data from loggers to a PC. The intelliRock II reader may be used to instruct the loggers to begin logging, download information from loggers and upload logger data to a PC.
